1. About Hiroo

Hiroo is an AI-powered career coaching service. By creating an account and using Hiroo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1.1 Service Provider

Hiroo is provided by AC Services, sole proprietorship of an individual entrepreneur, VAT IT17907271005 (Italy).

The full registered business name is available via the Italian Company Register or upon written request to legal@hiroo.pro.

2. Nature of the service

Hiroo provides AI-generated career guidance, CV feedback, interview preparation, and job application assistance. The content generated by Hiroo is for informational and coaching purposes only.

Hiroo is not a professional service provider. Nothing on Hiroo constitutes legal, financial, tax, or recruitment advice. You are solely responsible for how you use the content generated by Hiroo, including any materials submitted to potential employers.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Hiroo.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to Hiroo, including your CV and career history.
  • You agree not to use Hiroo to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.

4. No guarantee of results

Hiroo does not guarantee any specific employment outcome, interview invitation, salary increase, or job offer. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Hiroo is a tool to support your job search — not a guarantee of success.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at Hiroo's discretion, assessed case by case. To request a refund, contact legal@hiroo.pro.

6. Account suspension and termination

Hiroo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use the service in a way that harms other users or Hiroo's infrastructure.

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Intellectual property

The Hiroo platform, its design, and underlying technology are the property of Hiroo. The career content generated for you (CV drafts, cover letters, coaching outputs) is yours to use freely.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hiroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost job opportunities, decisions made based on AI-generated content, or service interruptions.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Hiroo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
